The resource person, Mr. Hari VP Rao, Director of People & Culture and Talent Acquisition at Annalect India (Omnicom Media Group) delivered an insightful session on “Transformative Leadership in a Business Dynamic Environment.” Drawing on lessons from nature and mythology, Mr. Hari VP Rao emphasized essential leadership qualities such as adaptability, resilience, and teamwork, using examples like the cockroach’s resilience and the eagle’s courage to illustrate these traits.
