Jansons School of Business hosted a Corporate Confluence on October 18, 2024, featuring a workshop titled “Winning Edge.”

The keynote speaker, Dr. Venkataramanan Chakrapani PhD (HR Doctor), Director of Razor Sharp HR & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, emphasized the importance of his professional journey..

The workshop was both incredible and innovative, helping participants not only to identify their goals but also inspiring them to take immediate action toward achieving them. Dr. Chakrapani highlighted the ‘Six Sigma’ methodology as a pathway to success in the careers. He discussed the strengths and obstacles and how to overcome them to achieve the goals. The workshop included engaging activities such as Indian Tour, Stronger the Winner, Blindfolded Challenge, and Stretch and Aim the Target. These activities underscored the importance of proper planning, recognizing weaknesses, repetitive practice, and setting clear goals to reach the targets. Additionally, he explained the concept of “VUCA,” which stands for Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous.

Overall, this workshop provided valuable lessons that will aid the students in making informed decisions in their careers.
