The Centre for Faculty Development at Jansons School of Business has organized a Faculty Development Program on ‘Innovation in Teaching and Learning Practices’.

Dr. Kandappan Balasubramanian, PhD, Associate Professor and Program Director for Master of International Hospitality Management and Master of Global Hospitality Management, Taylor’s University, Malaysia had delivered the program.

The importance of innovative methods to be adopted in teaching and learning practices in this digital era was focused. Emphasized the need to adopt the AI based tools in the classrooms to help the students to acquire the skills required in the present job market.
