Induction Programme for the 2016 Batch





The Induction Programme for the 2016 Batch was completely organised and executed by the students of the 2015 Batch. It was a three-day event – Aug 21-23, 2014 - and consisted of a variety of activities like video shows, quizzes, entertainment, indoor and outdoor games, market surveys, cultural events, among others.

On the first day, after the formal inauguration, the new batch of students was divided into teams. All the activities were planned in such a way that there had to be a very easy and interesting way to expose them to ‘Management Ideas’.  All the student activities at JSB were introduced to the junior batch in the form of an entertaining video.

On the second day, along with the activities, there was a slot for ConSight (a market survey based event), which gave the new students, a peek into the wonderful world of market research.
