Dr.Devi Premnath and Dr. B Arul Senthil (AS), Faculty, Jansons School of Business Dr.Devi Premnath and Dr. B Arul Senthil (AS), Faculty, Jansons School of Business, conducted a Management Development Program at JANSONS MRI DIAGNOSTIC PRIVATE LIMITED, Erode. Dr. Devi Premnath trained the participants on "Improving Customer Service and Handling Customer Complaints." The session focused on enhancing customer service and mastering the art of handling customer complaints. It was designed to equip participants with practical skills and strategies to elevate the customer experience. Dr. Devi Premnath highlighted the need to understand customer needs and introduced a structured approach to handle customer complaints. Dr. B. Arul Senthil (AS) led a session on "Emotional Intelligence and Effective Communication." He emphasized the critical soft skills of emotional intelligence and effective communication, which are essential for fostering positive customer interactions and building strong relationships. He facilitated the participants in exploring the components of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The training program concluded with a Q&A session, encouraging participants to clarify their queries and share their feedback.
