A seasoned academician with over two-and-half decades of MBA teaching experience preceded with seven years of experience in IT industry. Passionate about fostering a stimulating learning environment, he is dedicated to guiding students toward academic and professional excellence. With a Ph.D. in stock market predictability from Anna University, his research integrates data mining and machine learning to analyze financial markets. He has also cleared UGC NET in 2012.
As an avid researcher, he has presented his works at multiple national and international conferences. He has also published numerous papers and articles in various peer-reviewed, indexed national and international journals.
He has organized and conducted several faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars on topics such as data analysis, machine learning, and management research. He has also served as a resource person for various Student Development Programs, Faculty Development programs and Management Development programs contributing to the advancement of knowledge in management education.
