The students of 2011 Batch visited an orphanage and an old-age home during Sep-Oct, 2010, and formally began the Sambandh initiative at JSB.
The activities under this programme, done at the orphanage and old-age home, included teaching English to the children, teaching them various subjects, and conducting sports events naltrexone trade name like running race and other interesting games. At the old-age home, the student volunteers spent time talking to them, enacted small skits and engaged them in interesting indoor games.
On Oct 3, 2010, a special session on drawing and painting was organized, where students of the orphanage, were given training. During the end of the session, a contest was conducted, and the winners of the programme were given crayon sets and pencils as prizes.
This initiative by the 2011 Batch is now being carried forward by the volunteers of the 2012 Batch.
